Mary earned a master's degree in Addiction Studies and Counseling from Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School and a master's degree in Psychology and Counseling from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
She also founded and led an intensive outpatient chemical dependency treatment center, serving in executive and clinical leadership roles. That combination of education, leadership, and direct human experience gives her work uncommon range — from personal purpose and business growth to recovery, family support, grief, and life transitions.
Mary describes her profession as her ministry. Her style is compassionate and engaged, but never passive: she is willing to ask the difficult question, stay with the real issue, and help translate insight into a life that can be lived.
